ToC's Mobile Cafe ~

The beautiful Mobile Cafe can be a full service, stand alone coffee shop or beverage/pastry/desert service at any location or special event. ToC's Mobile Cafe has been thoughtfully designed to invite guests to pause, connect, and be inspired. Guests step inside and are greeted with a curated market area behind the counter is suited to serve handcrafted espresso drinks, cocktails/mocktails, as well as any snacks or sweet treats that suit your event. Imagine this lovely little cafe-on-wheels at your next special gathering!

The Creative Workshops ~

These workshops we born from my passion and delight in bringing people together to experience the joy of community, creativity and beauty.  Each workshop explores a different medium; I come, prepare the table, and provide a lesson that is designed for your enjoyment! All the guests need to do is take the time to play. Some of our favorite workshops are floral arranging, watercolor, plaster casting, glass etching, leather crafting and about a dozen others! Mobile Café & Trailer Rentals


FULL SERVICE EXPERIENCES

All full-service packages include:

  • Professionally staffed espresso and beverage bar

  • Premium drinkware, syrups, milks, and ingredients

  • Setup, cleanup, and travel within 25 miles of Leiper’s Fork

  • Self-sufficient trailer with running water, sink, and power hookups

Each package includes 2 hours of beverage service for up to 50 guests.
Additional supplies for larger parties, additional hours and additional staffing can be added as needed. 

Signature Bar — starting at $1,200

Our classic service featuring up to 6 menu offerings, curated for your guests.
 Popular choices include espresso beverages, seasonal teas, and signature lemonade or punch.

Includes:
 1 barista · 2 hours of service · custom printed menu
 +$175 per additional hour · +$100 per additional staff member

Premium Bar — starting at $1,600

An expanded experience featuring up to 12 menu offerings, including espresso classics, tea, seasonal mocktails, and specialty beverages.

Includes:
 1–2 baristas · 2.5 hours of service · personalized menu design
 +$175 per additional hour · +$100 per additional staff member

Custom Bar — starting at $2,000

Our most personalized option, including everything from the Premium package plus:

  • Custom-branded cups & signage (with 8 weeks advanced notice)

  • Your choice of 12 menu items

  • Bespoke signature drinks designed for your event

Ideal for weddings, launches, or private celebrations where every detail matters.

  +$175 per additional hour, +$100 per additional staff member


JUST THE TRAILER — $700

Our beautiful mobile café trailer, delivered to your event site clean and ready for your own setup.
 Use it as a serving station, display bar, or backdrop for your event.

Includes:

  • 5 hours of trailer use

  • Delivery and pick-up within 25 miles of Franklin, TN

  • Running water, sink, and power hookups

  • A refundable $300 cleaning and damage deposit is required for all trailer-only rentals. The deposit will be returned in full once the trailer is picked up in clean condition and free of damage.

Client provides all décor, beverages, and staffing.


ADD-ONS

  • Additional hour — +$175

  • Additional barista/server — +$100

  • Supplies for larger parties — $100 per additional 50 guests

  • Pastries, light bites, or packaged treats  — $2 to $9 per item

  • Custom décor or trailer styling — quoted per event

  • Travel beyond 25 miles — +$5 per mile


NOTES

  • A 50% deposit reserves your date; balance due 7 days prior to the event.

  • For guest counts over 50, a second barista/server is required.

  • Custom branding and menu development require a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice.
